Walk through the door
of our family-owned-and -operated eatery and you'll be greeted by the
inviting aroma of hand-spun dough, succulent tomato sauce, and aged
mozzarella, all baking to perfection.
Proprietors Spero
& Silvia Mekhael opened this celebrated pizzeria 3 years ago and the
response since has been remarkable. "Our customers appreciate the fact
that we offer pizzas with countless traditional toppings," reveals Spero,
"as well as numerous specialty pizzas.
Such specialty pizzas
include the scrumptious BBQ Chicken (bacon, bbq sauce, and chicken), the
spicy Mexican (hamburg, olives, tomatoes, hot peppers, onions, and salsa),
and the popular Chicken Alfredo (white sauce, chicken, and
broccoli).
Nevertheless, the
menu at Spero's Pizza boasts far more that what its name suggests. A dozen
types of garden-fresh salads are available at our one-of-a-kind restaurant
as are tasty appetizers of many varieties. The tender quarter-pound
burgers are so good that ours customers drive 20 miles and more sveral
times a week just to sink their teeth into one!
Pasta dinners, such
as Veal Parmesan, are equally tempting. Besides pizza, we are best know
for our gourmet calzone specialties like Chicken Romano (chicken,
pepperoni, ricotta cheese, and garlic) and Chicken Cordon Bleu (chicken,
ham, swiss cheese).
